Saratoga Medical has an exciting opportunity for Registered Occupational Therapists (OT) in San Angelo, TX. This is an excellent opportunity for Occupational Therapists seeking a rewarding role in a collaborative healthcare environment.

Job Description

Complete occupational therapy assessments.

Perform occupational therapy treatments.

Create home-based treatment plans.

Monitor treatment plans for implementation and effectiveness.

Attend client-centered meetings or provide information as needed.

Conduct skills-based competency training for staff.

Maintain accurate electronic documentation.

Practice in accordance with Texas OT Education, Licensure, and Practice rules.

Follow all facility rules, regulations, and policies.

Required Qualifications & Documentation

  • Current, valid Texas Occupational Therapist (OT) license.
  • CEUs maintained throughout the assignment.
  • Good standing with the Executive Council of Physical Therapy and Occupational Therapy Examiners.
  • All certifications must remain current throughout the assignment.
  • Must meet immunization requirements.
  • Must successfully complete drug screening and fingerprinting.
  • Complete all required training.
