Utilizing the Nursing Process, the Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) plans, implements, directs, and evaluates patient care to achieve optimal outcomes.
The Wound Care Nurse works collaboratively with all other disciplines on the assigned unit.
Our LPN jobs provide routine care for the sick or injured while working in conjunction with Registered Nurses.
Ongoing training will provide you with the tools to be successful in your role.

Valid LPN nursing license required Valid CPR certification from the American Heart Association required Prior experience working with wound care patients preferred (Will train) Experience with billing and coding preferred At RestorixHealth, we grow talent. A valid LPN nursing license and CPR certification from the American Heart Association are required. Prior experience in wound care and billing/coding is preferred but not mandatory as training is provided.
