From evaluation and skilled intervention to discharge planning, you’ll play a vital role in improving patient outcomes and enhancing the hospital experience. What You’ll Do Evaluate patients and develop individualized treatment plans based on clinical findings and patient goals Provide skilled therapeutic interventions to promote recovery and functional independence Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and fellow therapists to ensure coordinated care Educate patients and families on therapy goals, progress, and home programs Accurately document evaluations, treatment sessions, and discharge summaries Participate in interdisciplinary team meetings and hospital initiatives Support a culture of safety, quality, and continuous improvement What We’re Looking For Bachelor’s degree (minimum) in Physical Therapy from an accredited academic program Must be licensed as a Physical Therapist in the State of Indiana Current CPR certification Previous clinical experience preferred New graduates welcome Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment Commitment to patient-centered care and professional development

Requirements

Requires a minimum of a Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy and a valid license to practice in the State of Indiana. Current CPR certification is mandatory, while previous clinical experience is preferred but new graduates are welcome.
