• To qualify, applicants must: Be enrolled in the final semester of an accredited RN program Successfully graduate and obtain RN licensure Pass the NCLEX within 6 months of graduation Sign and return the Program Agreement before stipend payments begin Commit to an 18-month employment agreement with MercyOne following licensure Why MercyOne?
