Currently we’re looking for full-time or part-time Home Health Aide (HHA) or Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA)s to join our amazing team in Rochester, MN delivering care to clients in their home. Our Home Health Aides (HHA)/Certified Nursing Assistants (CNA) spend more time with our clients than any other team member and are a vital part of our care teams.
are directed and supervised by a Registered Nurse. The work given by the Registered Nurse adheres to procedures and standards involving a high degree of accuracy in observing, recording, and reporting data.
Provide health care services for clients in their home.
Assist with client's personal care activities.
Monitor client's vital signs, temperature, respirations, etc. and record their condition.
Maintain client care records and document provided services.
Administer simple prescribed and PRN medications.
Provide client comfort by utilizing resources and materials such as reporting observations of client condition to nursing supervisor.
