The Personal Care Attendant (PCA) provides personal care services to Jordan Valley Senior Care participants. The Personal Care Attendant (PCA) will also participate in other activities and tasks as assigned to assist the primary care, therapy, and adult day health staff.

Required Qualifications: Valid driver's license 1 year experience working with the frail or elderly population. Minimum 6 months of clinical experience as a PCA, CNA, or EMT. Must complete and pass the Jordan Valley Senior Care approved curriculum for Personal Care Aides upon hire BLS Certification required within 90 days of hire.
High school diploma or equivalent. Current valid HHA or CNA license.
