About the role

Provide coordinated care, prevention education, and resource linkage for patients living with or at risk for HIV, including pregnant women. Serve as a liaison between obstetric and infectious disease providers while supporting grant-related program activities.

The successful candidate will support patients living with or at risk for HIV infection, including pregnant women living with HIV, through coordinated care, HIV prevention education, and linkage to appropriate clinical and community resources. Responsibilities include serving as a liaison between obstetric and infectious disease providers, collaborating with community partners, and supporting grant-related program activities.

Requires a valid Registered Nurse license in Florida (or eligibility) and at least two years of nursing experience. Preferred qualifications include experience in HIV care, phlebotomy, and proficiency with Epic EMR.
