Registered Nurse - RN Part Time RN Medication Management Home Health Days Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday with flexibility for additional coverage as needed As an RN you will be responsible for providing superior care to assigned residents, to include assessment, diagnosis, outcome identification, planning, implementation, evaluation of administered treatments and quality assurance / performance improvement activities. This essential role also involves the supervision of several talented staff members as well as establishing relationships with the resident, family and other members of the health care team.

Applicants must be graduates of an accredited nursing school with a current State RN license and CPR/First Aid certifications. A bachelor's degree and minimum 6 months of experience, particularly in long-term or elderly care, are preferred.
