About the role

Provides direct and indirect nursing care under the direction of an RN in accordance with facility policies. Assists the healthcare team in coordinating and communicating the needs of patients, physicians, and staff.

As a CNA/Unit Secretary you will provides direct and indirect nursing care under the direction of a RN and in accordance with policies and procedures.

Assists the healthcare team in coordinating, prioritizing, and communicating patient, physician and staff needs.

Assumes personal accountability for organizational mission and core values.

Job Requirements In addition to bringing humankindness to the workplace each day, qualified candidates will need the following: Education Requirements: High School Diploma/GED (required) Completion of a Nursing Assistant Program (required) Minimum Experience Rrquirements: Six months previous CNA or helthcare experience (preferred) License/Certification Requirements: Certified Nursing Assistant (required) BLS (AHA) (required) Physical RequirementsMedium Work - exert/lift up to 50 lbs. force occasionally, and/or up to 20 lbs. frequently, and/or up to 10lbs. constantly Schedule: Full time (variable)

Requirements

Requires a High School Diploma/GED, completion of a Nursing Assistant Program, and a valid CNA certification. BLS (AHA) certification is required, and six months of healthcare experience is preferred.
