As a Home Health Registered Nurse, You will: Assess/monitor physical, emotional, and psychological needs of patients Create home health care plans that align with MD orders and the patient's goals Direct nursing care: administering medications, treatments, and interventions Provide pain and symptom management Educate and support the patient’s family and caregivers Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team Maintain accurate and timely documentation Participate in on-call rotation as required by the local branch
