Lead high-acuity patient care across Intermediate and Med/Surg units to stabilize and support complex patients. Serve as the central point of contact for clinical disciplines to ensure seamless recovery plans and patient safety.
Diploma from an accredited school/college of nursing OR Required professional licensure at time ofhire required. What additional requirements you'll need Five years PCU and other specialty experience. Three or more years of nursing experience. Med/surg and progressive care trained (chest tubes, cardizem gtt, amiodarone gtt., etc.). We are the tertiary care site for Ascension so all specialty and high acuity patients are sent to our campus.
