Caregivers assist with personal care needs such as bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, mobility assistance, meal preparation, medication reminders, and light housekeeping.We are looking for caregivers with flexible availability across all shifts, with a strong need for early morning and evening coverage. Provide companionship and conversation to enhance the lives of our clients. Assist with daily activities such as meal preparation, light housekeeping, and errands. Provide physical assistance such as bathing, dressing, grooming, transferring, and ambulation. Accompany clients to appointments or social outings, providing transportation as needed. Monitor and report changes in the client’s health, behavior, and needs. Act as a member of the Care coordination team to communication with the RN Case Manager to update the plan of care.
A compassionate, patient, and caring nature. Strong interpersonal and communication skills. Experience providing care to clients in a hands-on environment (Home Health, Assisted Living, Group Home, Hospital Setting) Reliable vehicle and a valid driver’s license with Auto Insurance.
