Licenses and Certifications Requirements Required - BASIC LIFE SUPPORT - American Heart Association Required - Registered Nurse Tennessee - Tennessee Board of Nursing Preferred - Preferred: Certification in clinical specialty
Knowledgeable of system’s health resources in order to navigate the patient to appropriate care. Must have excellent verbal and written communication skills, a desire to problem solve, and strong conflict resolution abilities. Strong computer skills. Must be a role model in customer service and patient care. Displays sensitivity and compassion.

Requires an Associate's Degree in Nursing and a valid Tennessee Registered Nurse license. Basic Life Support certification from the American Heart Association is mandatory.
