Market context

Texas ED nurses remain in steady demand

Emergency Department RN roles in Texas are typically in steady demand because hospitals need nurses who can respond quickly to high-acuity, fast-changing patient needs. These positions are competitive when candidates bring current BLS and ACLS certification, a valid RN license, and experience with urgent care settings; PALS and a BSN can strengthen an application.
