We are currently hiring for a Registered Nurse (RN) to work 36 hours per week on the Night shift for our Clinical Decision unit.
Typical shift is 7p -7a with Weekends and Holidays, per the guidelines of the department.
The Clinical Decision Unit utilizes the nursing process to deliver safe, context-dependent patient and family-centered care in accordance with the American Nurses Association Scope and Standards of Practice, which explicitly delineates those duties that all registered nurses, regardless of role, position, population, or specialty, are expected to perform competently.
The Direct-Care Registered Nurse is individually responsible and accountable for maintaining competency as evidenced by integration of nursing knowledge, skills, abilities and judgment.
Failure to demonstrate competent nursing practice may result in dismissal.
