Excellent communication and inter-personal skills.
D. or D. O. degree from an accredited United States medical school. Successful completion of residency and at an accredited healthcare institution.
Requires a D.O. or M.D. degree from an accredited US medical school and successful completion of a residency. Candidates must have at least 3 years of experience as a Primary Care Physician and hold a valid state medical license and DEA registration.
