We are immediately hiring an Experienced Care Professional to support a client in Lohman, Missouri who is receiving hospice services. This is a position that requires open availability to help provide consistent, around-the-clock care. The ideal candidate is flexible and available to work a variety of shifts, including days, evenings, overnights, weekends, and holidays, as needed to meet the client's 24/7 care needs.

What you'll do
Provide compassionate, person-centered care that promotes dignity, comfort, and safety.
Assist with personal care, mobility, transfers, and activities of daily living as outlined in the care plan.
Provide companionship and meaningful engagement throughout each shift.
Observe and report changes in the client's condition.
Communicate professionally with the family and the Home Instead office.
Complete accurate documentation before the end of every shift.
Work collaboratively with other Care Professionals to provide seamless, high-quality care.
Arrive on time and prepared for every scheduled shift.
Deliver dependable, compassionate care that allows the client to remain safely at home.
Follow the care plan while recognizing and communicating changes in the client's condition.
Complete accurate documentation each shift.
Build trust with the client, family, and your Home Instead team through professionalism and reliability.
Help provide peace of mind for a family who depends on exceptional care.
This position requires open availability.
