Market context

Connecticut lab roles favor certified candidates

In Connecticut, allied-health laboratory roles are typically driven by steady hospital and health-system staffing needs, especially for candidates with current ASCP or AMT certification. These positions can be competitive because employers often prefer hospital lab experience and expect familiarity with routine clinical testing workflows. Review the AI-summarized requirements and benefits here, then confirm your certification status and highlight any hospital lab experience in your application.
