Education/Training High School diploma or equivalent. Must successfully complete first available PSA II training course (written and skill testing) and demonstrate completion of 30 hours of competent surgical case participation. Licensure/Certification Maintains current BLS/HealthCare certification. Experience Three (3) months experience as PSA I or Nursing Assistant.
