Orlando Health is seeking a Clinical Pharmacist to support medication management, pharmacotherapy services, and interdisciplinary patient care initiatives. 📍

Position Details

Position: Clinical Pharmacist Department: Pharmacy Reports To: Pharmacy Manager FLSA Status: Nonexempt 🔹 Key Responsibilities Dispense medications and intravenous fluids in accordance with Orlando Health policies and scientific principles. Review and monitor medication therapy, including pharmacokinetic consultations and clinical interventions. Evaluate and address medication-related alerts, including IV-to-PO conversions and renal dosing protocols. Investigate and document adverse drug reactions and medication errors. Participate in multidisciplinary rounds as applicable. Develop, implement, and monitor pharmaceutical care plans. Maintain accurate documentation within departmental and organizational systems. Support patient safety, quality improvement, and regulatory compliance efforts. ✅ Qualifications Education Bachelor of Science in Pharmacy or PharmD required Licensure Active Florida Pharmacist License required License must be maintained and renewed per Florida Board of Pharmacy requirements Experience Hospital pharmacy experience preferred 🌟 Why Orlando Health? Requirements

Candidates must possess a Bachelor of Science in Pharmacy or a PharmD and hold an active Florida Pharmacist License. Prior experience in a hospital pharmacy setting is preferred.
