MDPerm is seeking a Sleep Neurologist / Sleep Medicine Physician to support the Intrepid Spirit Center at Womack Army Medical Center, Fort Bragg, North Carolina. The physician will provide specialized evaluation and treatment of sleep disorders and neurological conditions affecting active-duty service members, particularly those recovering from traumatic brain injury (TBI), neurological trauma, and related health conditions. The Intrepid Spirit Center uses an interdisciplinary care model to improve outcomes for service members through evidence-based neurological and rehabilitative care.

Duties and Responsibilities

Diagnose and treat sleep disorders and sleep-related neurological conditions. Conduct comprehensive sleep medicine evaluations and neurological assessments. Order and interpret diagnostic studies including: Polysomnography Multiple Sleep Latency Testing Maintenance of Wakefulness Testing Neuroimaging and neurological diagnostic testing Diagnose and treat conditions such as: Obstructive sleep apnea Insomnia Circadian rhythm disorders Hypersomnia and narcolepsy Prescribe appropriate treatments including: CPAP / BiPAP therapy Pharmacologic therapy Behavioral sleep interventions Provide consultation to referring providers and primary care physicians. Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams including: Neurology Psychology Audiology Rehabilitation specialists Maintain medical documentation in MHS GENESIS in accordance with DoD standards. Participate in clinical case reviews and treatment planning meetings. Provide consultation and education to other healthcare providers regarding sleep disorders.

Minimum Qualifications

Doctor of Medicine (MD) or Doctor of Osteopathy (DO). Graduate of an accredited medical school. Completion of ACGME-approved residency training. Board-certified or board-eligible in Sleep Medicine. Current unrestricted medical license in any U.S. state. Minimum 1–2 years of clinical experience in sleep medicine or neurology preferred. Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification. Schedule Full-time Monday – Friday 40 hours per week Typical clinic hours 0700 – 1600 MDPerm LLC is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
