The APC will work collaboratively with a board-certified Pain Management physician to provide comprehensive, evidence-based care in an outpatient setting. The APC will provide care for patients with a variety of pain-related conditions, including: Chronic neck and back pain Musculoskeletal pain syndromes Neuropathic pain conditions Spine-related disorders Complex chronic pain management Duties include: New and return patient evaluations Ongoing management of chronic pain patients Pre- and post-procedure visits Medication management and monitoring Patient education and care coordination Development of treatment plans in collaboration with the supervising physician Participation in quality and access improvement initiatives
