Shift Days w/ Call Scheduled Weekly Hours 0.4 POSITION PURPOSE: This position-scrub tech- is a medical professional that assists surgeons and other surgical staff under the supervision of a surgeon or registered nurse in the operating room.
They may help set up the operating room, prepare patients for surgery or adjust equipment as needed.
Essential functions:
Must be a graduate of an accredited formal scrub tech program upon hire. Required to obtain and maintain scrub tech certification within 12 months of employment.
