  • Salary: $115,000 – $120,000 annually Role Summary This role offers licensed clinical counselors the opportunity to deliver consistent outpatient care through a fully remote model. You will support adults navigating anxiety, depression, stress, and life transitions while maintaining a predictable weekday schedule. Key Responsibilities Conduct virtual therapy sessions with assigned clients Create and update individualized treatment plans Monitor client progress and adjust interventions as needed Maintain timely and accurate clinical notes Adhere to state regulations and organizational policies Active LCMHC license in New Hampshire Master’s degree in Counseling or related discipline Prior experience in outpatient or telehealth therapy Familiarity with evidence-based therapeutic approaches Comfortable working independently in a remote environment 2 weeks paid time off Health insurance 401(k) plan with 3% company match If you’re looking for a stable telehealth role with room to focus on quality care, this could be your next professional move.
