How you’ll make an impact in this role Prepare a flawless sterile environment by expertly arranging specialized instruments, drapes, and solutions to ensure the surgical suite is ready for a safe and successful procedure. Anticipate the surgeon’s needs by skillfully providing the correct instruments and supplies in real-time, acting as a vital partner in the rhythm of the operating room. Support patient safety and comfort by assisting with positioning, transporting, and draping, ensuring every individual is protected and prepared before surgery begins. Guarantee procedural accuracy by meticulously organizing and tracking instrument counts throughout the surgery, serving as a critical safeguard against errors.
High School diploma equivalency with 2 years of cumulative experience OR Associate's degree/Technical degree OR 4 years of applicable cumulative job specific experience required.
What additional preferences we're seeking Experience in open heart, vascular, robotics and orthopedic surgery
