The Wellness Nurse LVN provides direct and indirect care to residents/patients in a sensitive, professional, and effective manner. The Wellness Nurse LVN performs his/her duties under the supervision of the SNF Resident Wellness Director while adhering to mandated nursing standards. The Wellness Nurse LVN is responsible for maintaining compliance with all state and federal regulations while utilizing the standards of care policies and procedures.

10:00pm-6:00am, Rotating, Skilled Nursing, Must have 1 year experience as LVN/RN.
