Employee Assistance Program (EAP) Scholarship opportunities, free courses, and on-the-job training What Private Duty with BAYADA’s Skilled Nursing Looks Like: Private duty = full shifts (8's, 10's, or 12's) Private duty = one client for the whole shift Nurses work with local clients nearby with short commutes Common diagnoses BAYADA Skilled Nurses work on: TBI, SCI, COPD, Stroke, Dementia/Alzheimer's, Premature Birth, Cancer, and surgery recovery. *RNs working in hospitals, long-term care, and schools have directly transferable skills and are well-equipped to handle one client in the home Qualifications for A Private Duty RN: Graduation from an accredited and approved nursing program, as indicated by school transcript or diploma A current nursing license in good standing in the state Compensation & Schedule: Pay range: $38-41 hourly based on experience and skills Flexible scheduling with no minimums (Full-Time, Part-Time, PRN) As an accredited, regulated, certified, and licensed home health care provider, BAYADA complies with all state/local mandates. Requirements

Must have graduated from an accredited nursing program and hold a current nursing license in good standing. Previous experience in hospitals, long-term care, or schools is considered transferable.
