What You’ll Do: Assist residents with activities of daily living including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and mobility Provide compassionate care and support with daily routines Follow individualized care plans to support resident well-being Monitor and report changes in residents’ condition to nursing staff Engage residents in social and recreational activities Maintain a safe, clean, and respectful environment for all residents Required Qualifications: Must be 18 years of age or older Active CNA certification required Ability to read, write, speak, and understand English Strong communication skills and a team-oriented attitude
