Minimum 3 years Nurse Practitioner experience preferred in Family Medicine Required Minimum of 2 years Nursing experience in Family Medicine or Primary Care preferred.
Completion of a Nurse Practitioner program required. MSN Required.
Licensed by the Pennsylvania State Board of Nursing Examiners as a Certified Registered Nurse Practitioner. Provider BLS (American Heart Assoc/American Red Cross) required. May require PALS (pediatric advanced life support). Successful completion of the MLH credentialing process through the Medical Staff office, with temporary or permanent privileges approved.
Candidates must have a Master of Science in Nursing (MSN) and be licensed as a Certified Registered Nurse Practitioner in Pennsylvania. A minimum of 2 years of nursing experience in family medicine or primary care is preferred.
