The Milieu Coordinator facilitates curriculum-based therapeutic groups and provides hands-on support, de-escalation, and behavior coaching to patients. They are also responsible for conducting safety checks, documenting patient observations, and assisting with daily routines in the treatment programs.

Candidates must hold at least a Bachelor's degree and have 6 months of behavioral health experience. A strong understanding of de-escalation techniques, ACT/DBT skills, and Trauma Informed Care is required.
