  • Schedule: Full-time weekend option shift, three 12-hour shifts per week #NextGenHealthcare How you'll make an impact in this role Lead the delivery of specialized, dignified care for oncology and end-of-life patients, ensuring every clinical intervention prioritizes patient comfort, symptom management, and personal legacy. Advocate for patient quality of life by meticulously monitoring complex symptoms and pain levels, providing the care team with the real-time insights necessary for rapid, compassionate adjustments to treatment. Orchestrate the "circle of care" by coordinating between oncologists, palliative specialists, and chaplains, ensuring a seamless, holistic experience for both the patient and their loved ones. Empower families through the care journey by providing clear education on disease progression and coordinating thoughtful discharge or transition plans that honor the patient’s final wishes. Execute complex clinical protocols with precision, accurately translating physician orders into life-sustaining or comfort-focused actions while maintaining the highest standards of safety and empathy. What minimum qualifications you'll need

  • Registration: BLS Provider obtained within 1 Month (30 days) of hire date or job transfer date required. American Heart Association or American Red Cross accepted. Registered Nurse credentialed from the Oklahoma Board of Nursing obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date required.

Education

Diploma from an accredited school/college of nursing OR Required professional licensure at time ofhire.
