Provides comprehensive pediatric primary care within Nuvia Medical’s value-based care model.
Responsible for preventive care, chronic disease management, and pediatric population health.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities
Provide outpatient pediatric care including well-child visits and immunizations.
Conduct developmental and preventive screenings.
Manage a pediatric patient panel.
Collaborate with care coordination teams.
Ensure compliance with pediatric quality measures.
Promote appropriate healthcare utilization.
Develop care plans for high-risk pediatric patients.
Participate in pediatric population health initiatives.
Review quality dashboards and improve outcomes.
Educate families through anticipatory guidance.
Document encounters in the EHR.
Participate in quality improvement initiatives.

Candidates must hold an MD or DO degree and be Board Certified or Board Eligible in Pediatrics. An active Florida medical license and DEA registration are required for this position.
