  • Range: $51.05 - $76.60 Atrium Health Levine Cancer Institute is looking for an experienced full-time Advanced Practice Provider (APP) specialized in Hematology/Oncology and/or dermatology to provide quality health services to the patients in the Charlotte and surrounding community. The dermatology APP position at LCI Morehead in Charlotte, NC is open to either a nurse practitioner (NP) and/or physician assistant (PA) and will see a variety of skin conditions affecting cancer patients.

Position Details

· Outpatient and Inpatient consults · Outpatient clinic visits, inpatient consults and follow ups, punch and shave biopsies · Clinic is open Monday – Friday; Schedule consists of 4 days/10-hour shift or 5 days/8 hour shifts · 1 Physicians, 1 APP This APP functions primarily in the outpatient setting caring for a mix of solid tumor oncology as well as hematology patients and demonstrates appropriate critical thinking and interpersonal skills when working in a fast paced, high acuity work environment. Qualified candidates will be able to perform thorough history and physical assessment. Ideal Candidate: · Graduation from an accredited NP or PA program. Current license to practice as a NP or PA in North Carolina. Current prescriptive privileges and DEA license required. BLS for healthcare provider from AHA required. o Nurse practitioners are required to have a master’s degree or doctorate in nursing practice. o Physician Assistants with certification from the National Commission on Certification of Physician Assistants preferred. Requirements

Candidates must have a master’s degree or doctorate in nursing practice or be a certified Physician Assistant with a valid North Carolina license. At least one year of experience in hematology, oncology, or dermatology is required, along with current BLS certification and DEA licensure.
