$28.00 - $42.00/hour + generous shift differentials

Full Benefits package, including 401k, Employee Wellness Program, and Tuition Assistance Registered Nurse Responsibilities: Directs and supervises nursing care of OB patients and their newborns Directs activities of LPNs Actively participates in committees or projects for the improvement of nursing care Participates in educational programs for nursing service personnel, patients and student nurses. Evaluates patients on admission, assesses patient and newborn needs throughout hospital stay. Keeps care plans current Registered Nurse Qualifications: RN license in Arkansas or Compact RN license (or eligibility to obtain) Associate’s Degree in Nursing required; BSN preferred BLS and ACLS required (or must be willing to obtain upon hire) 1 year of experience preferred, but welcome new graduates The Surrounding Location: Centrally located community within proximity to areas for activities like fishing, hiking, camping, and more. Candidates must hold an Arkansas or Compact RN license and possess an Associate's Degree in Nursing, with a BSN preferred. BLS and ACLS certifications are required, and at least one year of experience is preferred.
