📌 What You Bring 1 year of relevant experience in acute care or inpatient rehabilitation Bachelor’s degree or higher in Occupational Therapy from an approved program Current Alabama Occupational Therapist license (temporary permit accepted) Current BLS/Healthcare Provider certification Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced environment A patient‑focused approach with excellent communication and problem‑solving skills 💪 Physical & Sensory Expectations This role requires frequent bending, stair climbing, kneeling, reaching, lifting 10–34 lbs, standing, walking, and fine motor skills—common for hands‑on therapy work.
