Job Summary Assess, diagnose, and treat communication and swallowing disorders; complete timely documentation; educate patients/families; and collaborate with the interdisciplinary team across inpatient and outpatient settings. Key Responsibilities Conduct evaluations and develop treatment plans for speech, language, voice, fluency, cognitive-communication, and dysphagia. Perform and interpret Modified Barium Swallow studies; plan therapy based on results. Educate patients/families; provide staff in-services on communication/swallow issues; track outcomes/quality data. Document charges and clinical progress accurately; participate in performance improvement. Job Qualifications Required Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology; Arkansas SLP license; Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP); BLS. Ability to read, write, speak, and understand English. Preferred Experience with adult neuro, pediatrics, or acute care; comfort with EHR/EMR.

Requirements

Candidates must hold a Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology and possess an active Arkansas SLP license. Additionally, a Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) and BLS certification are required for this role.
