Job Description

Assists investigators and study team in the implementation, coordination, and conduct of behavioral research activities. Adheres to the service values and principles of research ethics. Essential Job Functions: Performs administrative tasks to support research team (scheduling, ordering, printing, filing, etc.). Assists with literature searches, QA/QC procedures, and tracks timelines. Assists with study start-up and maintains study and regulatory documents. Assists in scheduling study visits, delivering behavioral interventions, and reimbursement of participants, in coordination with the PI and study team. Prepares necessary supplies for study visits (consent forms, data collection materials, etc.) Assists in the collection of data from research participants and/or medical records, as authorized. Supports data entry and maintains/updates databases as needed. Maintains inventory of supplies and facilitates ordering as required. Engages in professional development opportunities, such as clinical and research meetings, seminars, and related activities. Other job functions as assigned.

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities

High School diploma required. Bachelor’s degree and experience and/or training in research preferred. Good organizational skills. Good verbal and written communications skills. Some knowledge of FDA, HSR, and GCP Guidelines. Some analytical skills with the ability to remain agile and adaptable to various technological systems. Education Pay Range $19.50-$30.23 Hourly At Lurie Children’s, we are committed to competitive and fair compensation aligned with market rates and internal equity, reflecting individual contributions, experience, and expertise. The pay range for this job indicates minimum and maximum targets for the position. Ranges are regularly reviewed to stay aligned with market conditions.
