The Licensed Practical Nurse will assist individuals with mental health diagnoses by recognizing and addressing their unique health care needs. They will work closely with support teams to coordinate services and help individuals develop personal competencies for managing their own health.
Keystone Human Services is currently seeking a Casual Licensed Practical Nurse to join our team in providing individualized, person-directed support in the area of mental health.

As a Licensed Practical Nurse, you will assist individuals with a mental health diagnosis by recognizing and caring for their unique and emerging health care needs.
This position works closely with support teams to monitor and coordinate health care services by teaching and assisting individuals in developing personal competencies that will allow them to more fully participate in their healthcare needs.
