Join our Cancer Infusion team in a fast-paced, patient-centered environment where you'll provide compassionate, high-quality care while making a meaningful impact in patients' lives. Day to day includes providing comprehensive outpatient oncology care by administering IV chemotherapy, immunotherapy, and supportive treatments, educating patients and families, and collaborating with a multidisciplinary team to ensure safe, compassionate care. This position supports the Oncology Network Resource Pool at all 5 Cancer Center Infusion sites (Mequon, West Bend, Menomonee Falls, Moorland Reserve, Drexel Town Square and Froedtert Hospital).

- Details: Ambulatory Oncology Resource Float Pool staffs at all 6 Cancer Center infusion sites. These include Mequon, FWB, FMF, Moorland Reserve, Drexel Town Square, Froedtert Hospital. Hours are 0800-1630 Every 4th weekend and 2 holiday requirement a year.

- Experience
- DESCRIPTION: A minimum of 18 months of recent Medical Surgical or Critical Care hospital nursing experience is required.
- Education
- DESCRIPTION: Professional knowledge of nursing theory and practice at a level normally acquired through completion of education at an accredited School of Nursing in order to be eligible for licensure as a Registered Nurse is required. Upon hire any non-BSN nurse with less than one year of licensed registered nurse experience will be required to enroll in a BSN (or higher nursing degree) program. Acceptance into a program is expected within 15 months of hire and the degree program must be completed within 5 years of enrollment, or 6 years if program is MSN, DNP or PhD in Nursing. Bachelor's Degree in Nursing is preferred.

- Oncology: RNs must have/attain an oncology nursing certification or complete 10 hours oncology-focused CE education/year on an ongoing basis.
- Licensure
- DESCRIPTION: Requires current state of Wisconsin Registered Nurse License or a Multi-state Nursing License from a participating state in the NLC (Nurse Licensure Compact). If working in Critical Care, ACLS is required.
