  • PURPOSE: Non-Certified Aides will provide essential support to healthcare professionals by assisting patients with daily activities and personal care. Although certification is not immediately required, non-certified aides must obtain certification based on the state and federal guidelines. Aides will have the opportunity to work closely with residents, ensuring their comfort, dignity, and well-being. This is a rewarding role that allows you to make a positive impact in the lives of others while gaining valuable experience in healthcare.

Previous experience in healthcare, caregiving, or a similar role preferred but not required. Compassionate, patient, and empathetic attitude toward patients. Ability to follow written and verbal instructions, and work as part of a team. Ability to maintain confidentiality and adhere to privacy regulations. Willingness to undergo training as required for specific tasks or responsibilities.

Requirements

Candidates must have a high school diploma or equivalent and the willingness to obtain required certifications. Previous experience in healthcare or caregiving is preferred but not required.
