Company Description Integrated Dermatology is seeking a board-certified or board-eligible Dermatologist to join Integrated Dermatology of Southfield, our newly established Michigan practice, formed through Integrated Dermatology's partnership with the well-known Singer Dermatology.
This full-time opportunity offers the chance to join a practice with over 25 years of history in the Southfield community, a loyal patient base, and a full spectrum of medical, surgical, and cosmetic dermatology services, now backed by the resources and support of the country's largest independent dermatology provider.

About the Practice Well-established practice with over 25 years of history serving the Southfield, MI community, recently joined the Integrated Dermatology national network.
Serves patients throughout Oakland, Wayne, Macomb, Livingston, and Washtenaw counties, as well as visitors from out of state.
Strong, collaborative clinical team led by founding physician Robert Singer, MD, alongside an incoming physician and 5 experienced Advanced Practice Providers.

Provide comprehensive medical dermatology care, including diagnosis and treatment of acne, eczema, psoriasis, rosacea, hair and nail disorders, and skin cancer. Perform skin cancer screenings, biopsies, excisions, and other general dermatologic procedures. Offer cosmetic and aesthetic services in the practice's dedicated cosmetic space, supported by an experienced clinical team. Collaborate closely with fellow physicians and a well-established team of Advanced Practice Providers. Step into an established patient base built over 25 years, with strong, steady referral volume from day one.
What We're Looking For Board-certified or board-eligible Dermatologist, MD or DO. Active Michigan medical license (or eligibility to obtain). A patient-first mindset and genuine passion for dermatologic care. Strong clinical judgment and the ability to work both independently and as part of a collaborative care team. A team player who thrives in a busy, well-established practice environment.
Integrated Dermatology Physicians Enjoy Great Benefits! Competitive compensation with performance bonuses and other incentive options for commitment and retention. Paid licensure, AAD dues, and regulatory fees. PTO – 4 weeks plus paid federal holidays. One week CME time plus up to $5,000 annually for travel, dues, and other approved expenses. Paid malpractice. Must be a board-certified or board-eligible Dermatologist with an MD or DO degree. Requires an active Michigan medical license or the eligibility to obtain one.
