Provide medical and medication oversight for individuals in a day program setting while managing crisis intervention and staff training. Ensure program compliance with health and safety laws through accurate documentation and inspections.
Title: Licensed Practical Nurse/RN
Pay Range: $35/hr
Schedule: Monday-Friday 8:30 am -2:30 pm 30 hrs
This role requires assignment to a primary program and the ability to provide coverage across the designated program region/cluster.

Medical & Medication Oversight - Manage medical care and medications for persons served.
Crisis Intervention - Respond to emergencies and de-escalate crises with persons served.
Staff Training - Train staff on health/safety rules and document incidents as required.
Compliance - Keep programs up to date with medical and medication laws, including paperwork and inspections.
Required: Active LPN license in MA, driver’s license, and reliable car.
Preferred: Active RN license in MA, driver's license, and reliable car.
Experience: Supporting mental health needs (personal or professional).
Skills: Clear communication, basic computer use, and teamwork.
Language: Must be fluent in English, Multilingual a bonus!
