Cura of Benson is seeking compassionate and reliable Home Health Aides for part-time positions, including every other weekend shifts.
In this role, you will provide essential personal care and support to patients, helping them maintain their independence and improve their quality of life.

Key Responsibilities: Assist patients with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and mobility.
Help with light housekeeping, meal preparation, and medication reminders.
Monitor patients’ health and report any changes or concerns to the healthcare team.
Provide companionship and emotional support to patients and their families.
Maintain accurate records of care provided and patient status.
Follow all safety and infection control protocols to ensure patient well-being.
High school diploma or equivalent.
Previous experience as a Home Health Aide or in patient care preferred.
Compassionate and patient-centered approach to providing care.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and follow care plans.
Availability for part-time hours including every other weekend shifts.
Current certification or willingness to obtain Home Health Aide certification is preferred.
Reliable transportation to travel to patient homes.
