Your primary objective will be to promote a safe, nurturing, and inclusive environment for those in your care. Supervisory Responsibilities: This role typically does not involve direct supervisory responsibilities. However, you may be required to assist and guide support staff or volunteers during certain tasks or activities.
Personalized Support: Provide one-on-one assistance to individuals with daily living activities such as personal hygiene, meal preparation, and medication administration, while respecting their dignity and privacy.
