The Pharmacist Specialist will supervise pharmacy services in assigned patient care areas to ensure all medication-related needs are met. They will work proactively as part of a team to provide optimal pharmaceutical care and contribute to quality improvement initiatives.

Graduate of an Accreditation Council for Pharmacy Education (ACPE) accredited Doctor of Pharmacy degree program OR possess a Bachelor or Master of pharmacy degree with 10 years of experience required. Licensed (or eligible for licensure) in the State of Nebraska or jurisdiction in which pharmacy practice is conducted required. Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required, must be from an American Heart Association (AHA) endorsed program, as deemed appropriate for patient facing roles and relevant to practice.
American Society of Health-System Pharmacists (ASHP) accredited postgraduate year one residency preferred. Board of Pharmaceutical Specialties (BPS) certification as deemed appropriate and relevant to practice preferred. Nebraska Medicine is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
