The physical therapist will evaluate patient conditions to develop and implement personalized treatment plans while providing hands-on therapy and exercise instruction. They are also responsible for documenting patient progress and collaborating with other healthcare providers to ensure comprehensive care.

Physical Therapist (PRN) Role Summary: Are you a compassionate healthcare professional dedicated to improving patients' quality of life through movement and rehabilitation?

Join our dynamic physical therapy clinic, where you'll have the opportunity to make a meaningful difference in our patients' lives every day.

We're seeking a skilled Physical Therapist - PRN who combines clinical excellence with genuine care to help our diverse patient population overcome mobility challenges and achieve their functional goals. *We are open to part-time, full-time, and PRN shift preferences.

Key Responsibilities: Evaluate patients' conditions and develop personalized treatment plans Provide hands-on therapy and exercise instruction to improve mobility, strength, and function Document patient progress and adjust treatment plans as needed Educate patients and their families on preventive care, home exercises, and injury prevention Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare providers to ensure comprehensive care Stay current with the latest evidence-based practices and treatment techniques Participate in team meetings and contribute to a positive clinic culture

Qualifications

Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) or Master's degree in Physical Therapy from a CAPTE-accredited program or eligibility to obtain, preferred State physical therapy license in good standing or eligibility to obtain, preferred Successful completion of the National Physical Therapy Examination (NPTE) or eligibility to take exam, preferred Experience in outpatient orthopedic setting, preferred Strong manual therapy skills and exercise prescription knowledge Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to connect with patients from diverse backgrounds Team-oriented approach to patient care Experienced and new graduates encouraged to apply! Requirements

Candidates should hold a Doctor of Physical Therapy or Master's degree from a CAPTE-accredited program and possess a valid state physical therapy license. Experience in an outpatient orthopedic setting and strong manual therapy skills are preferred.
