The Mental Health Counselor provides individual and group counseling, conducts psychosocial intakes, and performs behavioral health screenings for clients. Description Positive Impact Health Centers (PIHC) is a community leader in providing HIV prevention, care and treatment services. Mental Health Counselor is a fully licensed fulltime staff member responsible for providing mental health and substance abuse services for PIHC clients. Master’s degree from an accredited college or university in Counseling, Social Work, Psychology or a related field Fully licensed or license-eligible in Georgia Experience One year experience in social services or mental health agency and/or equivalent combination of training and experience which provides the required knowledge, skills, and abilities.
LPC, APC, LCSW, LMSW, Licensed Psychologist, LMFT; fully licensed preferred.
