A heart to serve patients and families and a passion for providing the best possible care Education: MS degree in social work from an accredited school of social work approved by the Council of Social Work Education Licensure: Current state license as a social worker Experience: 2+ years of clinical work experience, preferably in healthcare or hospice Required: Reliable transportation. Ability to sit, stand, bend, move intermittently and lift at least 25lbs and bear the weight of an average adult effectively. Candidates must hold a Master's degree in Social Work and possess a current state license. At least two years of clinical experience in healthcare or hospice is required, along with the ability to perform physical tasks related to patient care.
