Expected pay for this position is $18.85 - $21.21/hour.
Actual pay will be determined by experience, skills and internal equity.

The EKG/Telemetry Tech functions as a member of the Patient Care Team. The EKG/Telemetry Tech is responsible for testing, observing, monitoring, and interpreting patients EKG rhythms in conjunction with the established departmental policies and procedures. Duties may vary slightly by assigned shift.
Education: Associates Degree Experience: EKG or direct patient care experience Other requirements/information: Work requires ability to read, write and communicate effectively with other members of the Patient Care Team, in person, by telephone and computer messaging, at a level generally acquired through completion of a high school education. Analytical ability necessary to prioritize own work load to ensure tasks are completed in a timely manner. Completing and Passing EKG class, as well as passing EKG competency every 12 months. Candidates must have a high school diploma or GED and a BLS certification from the American Heart Association. Successful completion of EKG training upon hire is required, and an associate degree is preferred.
