Schedule Monday – Thursday: 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM Generally every other Friday: 8:00 AM – 2:00 PM Compensation $20–$25 per hour, based on experience What You'll Do Prepare treatment rooms and assist the doctor during a variety of dental procedures Welcome patients and help create a comfortable, positive experience Take digital radiographs and maintain accurate patient records Sterilize instruments and maintain OSHA and infection control standards Provide patient education on oral hygiene and post-operative care Set up and break down operatories efficiently Assist with charting, impressions, and other clinical duties as needed Work closely with the entire team to ensure smooth daily operations What We're Looking For Previous dental assisting experience preferred Current dental assistant certification and/or radiology certification (if required by Iowa) Strong communication and organizational skills Positive attitude with a willingness to learn Dependable, detail-oriented, and a true team player Passion for delivering exceptional patient care Ready to Join Us?
